DIRECTIONS TO PIECE HOSTEL KYOTO
Airport Express HARUKA arrives on platform number 30.
Turn right (east) after you get off the train.
Keep walking straight as you pass by a KIOSK seen on your left.
Go upstairs using the first escalator located on your path.
After getting off the escalator, turn right (south).
Walk about 10 meters (30 feet) until you see the West Gate on your right. Go out through the ticket gate.
Turn left (south).
Keep walking straight and go down the escalator (or stairs).
Keep walking straight as you pass by the Shinkansen Central Gate seen on your left
Turn left (east) at the end of the hall.
Go down the escalator (or stairs).
Walk straight as you pass by a taxi rotary seen on your right.
Keep walking straight.
Keep walking straight as you pass by the Matsuri Clock Square.
Keep walking straight as you pass by the "Delivery Service" Room.
When you come to an intersection between Takeda-Kaido Road and Hachijo Street, cross to the other side.
Cross again to the other side of the road and turn left (east).
When you reach the signage of "Hotel Centnovum Kyoto", turn right (south) and enter the narrow street. You will see PIECE HOSTEL KYOTO on your left.
- Some Airport Express HARUKA trains arrive on platform number 6 or 7. In that case, please climb the escalator (or stairs) to find the West Gate,and begin from step 7.
- If you arrive using the Shinkansen, please find the Shinkansen Central Gate and begin from step 9. If you arrive using any other conventional JR line, please find the West Gate and begin from step 7.
DIRECTIONS FROM KANSAI INT'L AIRPORT TO KYOTO STATION
The nearest railroad station to PIECE HOSTEL KYOTO is Kyoto Station.
To get from Kansai International Airport to Kyoto Station, you can take either the JR Haruka Express Train or the Airport Limousine Bus.
PIECE HOSTEL KYOTO is only a few minute walk from Kyoto Station.
1. Using the Haruka Express Train
If you use the Haruka, it will take about 75mins from KIX to Kyoto, and you will not have to transit. The fare is 2980yen for non-reserved seats.
2. Using the Airport Limousine Bus
This is the cheaper option, with 2500yen for one way and 4000yen for round trip (valid for 14 days). It may take 90-120 minutes, depending on the traffic. Please get off at "Kyoto-Eki (Kyoto Station)" to get to our hostel.
