In Japan, there are a lot of Natsu-matsuri (summer festival) in every citiy during July and August. On 17th of August, our annual Summer Festival was also held at Piece Hostel Kyoto.
At the Natsu-matsuri, there are rolls of stalls where you can buy your favorite food. In Piece Hostel Kyoto, we also made a lot of traditional Japanese food for our guests. There were Yakisoba (fried noodles), sausage, Taco-sen (Takoyaki with rice crackers), and our staff-made Yakitori (fried chicken).
