【STAFF'S RECOMMENDATION!】Yamashina Canal

Yamashina Canal is a nice quiet place for a stroll where in spring you can see both cherry blossoms and rapeseed flowers at the same time. Over the 4-kilometers, there are more than 600 cherry trees are planted along the way. The yellow rapeseed flowers which contrast with the pink cherry blossoms nicely.

From Piece Hostel Kyoto : JR Kyoto Station ＞ JR Kosei Line or JR Biwako Line ＞ JR Yamashina Station  ＞ 10 mins. on foot from station.
