Gyoza Party
Last week we had a Gyoza party at Piece Hostel Kyoto!
"Gyoza" are pan-fried dumplings filled with finely minced pork and leek.
The dish originated in China, but found its way to Japan where it was adjusted for the Japanese palate.
It's a bunch of fun! Making Gyoza is fun, once you add a couple friends and everyone gets their hands in, it makes for a pretty amazing day.
