The entrance features wellhole architecture, bringing a feel of spaciousness to welcome our guests from around the world. The wall-sized map of Kyoto city in our reception area is
ideal to plan out your journey that awaits you. We also have a selection of souvenirs on sale for you to bring home as a piece of your memory. Please feel free to stop by the
reception if you have any concerns, and our staff will be more than happy to assist you!

Communal Area
Our area in the basement floor is open both as a café and as a communal area. Enjoy the sunny outdoor terrace with a fresh cup of coffee, engage in conversations with locals and
travelers at the bar counter at night, or unwind from a long day and relax in our sofa area… how you use it is up to your travel style! We also have a rooftop bar for a limited time
every year that invites you to spend your night out under the night skies of Kyoto.

Washing / Drying Machines
We have 4 washing machines and 4 drying machines in the basement. Guests are welcome to use them 24 hours. The washing machine is 200 yen. The drying machine is 100 yen / 10 minutes.
Shower Rooms
Shower rooms are located in the basement. All shower rooms have individual dressing rooms. We have 5 female-only and 7 gender-neutral shower rooms. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and bath towels are provided free of charge.
Powder Rooms
We have a powder room for your morning and evening routine on all floors. Hair dryers and hand soap are provided for your convenience.

A Shared kitchen available 24 hours a day.
We have a convection microwave oven, refrigerators, inductive stoves, oven toasters, kitchen utensils, and basic seasonings.
We are currently not providing free breakfast.
Library Space
What about reading a book in a laid-back space? Here you will find a collection of memorable books selected by Piece Hostel staff. A book that is important to someone else may become a special one for you. Please take a look.
Lounge
Lounge and dinning space surrounded by antique furniture and greenery.
Enjoy a meal cooked in the kitchen, write down what you feel about the day that you look back to in a journal. Please spend your time here in your own way.
